Location: Just few blocks from the Lake Monona and the Yahara river. It is about 10 min to UW Madison. It is on the bike path and you can easily bike downtown. It is also a few minutes away from Dane County Coliseum.

We provide 2 bedroom 1 bath, Furnished Short Terms in an 8 unit apartment building. Generally these rentals are 3 months or  longer. Though on occasion we will do 2 or 1 month rentals at a higher rate.  $1800 -1875(higher in summer months) a month for one person, additional people are charged a per person fee. Max 2 adults.

Each unit comes with a minimal of essentials (kitchenware, microwave, fridge, stove, furniture, tv, wifi, sheets towels).

Laundry: The is a two story 8 unit apartment building, free laundry is available in the basement.

Parking: Free offstreet 1 . assigned parking spot. IF we have availability we may have additional reserved parking for a fee.

Pets: On approval. This is a great area for dog walking. Generally accept animals over 1 year old however they must be approved and an additional fee might apply. Additional pet deposit required. There is no fenced in yard. Pets are expected to be confined to a room when tenant is gone. 

Security Deposit is: $500-700. 

Utilities: are included, 

Wifi: Highspeed wifi is included.

Application: We require income verification and For health care workers we require 1. Drivers License 2. A copy of your contract. 

Payment: We accept Venmo or Zelle.Cleaning fee: There is is $200 non refundable cleaning fee. If you wish to hire our cleaner for additional services let us know.
