We are private landlords who personally manage this 8-unit building together with our staff.

Grant has owned the building since 1996. He grew up in the Madison area and attended UW–Madison, where he studied Molecular Biology and Psychology. He later worked in telecommunications and IT.

Together, Grant and his wife Sindhu have owned and managed rental properties in several states for over 30 years. They have lived in Madison since 1988 and divide their time between Madison and California. Sindhu also works in IT and has managed large projects for organizations including the State of Wisconsin and American Family Insurance.

When not working on the property, they enjoy spending time with their son Lincoln and their dog Nova.
